Dr. Dt. Haluk Kurtulmuş

Dr. Haluk Kurtulmuş graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 1987. He completed his PhD in Prosthodontics at the same university's Institute of Health Sciences and became a specialist in the field. His doctoral thesis examined the root structure of teeth that had lost substantial tissue after root canal treatment, the foundation of his expertise in preserving and restoring badly damaged teeth.

Over a career of nearly 40 years he has combined clinical practice with academic work. From 2016 he served as Assistant Professor in the Dental Services departments of Istanbul Gelişim, Istanbul Rumeli and Istanbul Beykent universities, also holding posts as department head and vocational school director. He has taught removable prostheses, implant-supported prostheses, porcelain prostheses, precision-attachment dentures, CAD/CAM techniques, dental anatomy and dental materials, training a new generation of dental prosthetics professionals.
